Design Build
TTA Construction LLC has vast experience serving as a clients’ single point of contact under a Design Build delivery format. Serving as Design Build partner allows us to directly contract with the engineering and architectural team managing the design, procurement, construction and occupancy phases. Our collaborative efforts make for an efficient team working to exceed project expectations. Often times, Design Build allows for fast-tracking projects, thereby, shortening schedules and saving clients money.
Pre-Construction
Our team will provide conceptual and detailed estimates, preliminary scheduling, phasing, logistics planning, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Value Analysis and Life Cycle cost information for projects. We believe Preconstruction services are the most important phase when negotiating with your construction partner and we are committed to providing clients with accurate project information to make informed decisions about their capital investments.
Facility Management
Many of our clients need facility maintenance staff that can take care of their minor to major building needs. We offer a formalized and custom “on-call” program for any building maintenance needs that may occur. We are able to pull from hundreds of available partners to offer our clients the best in craftsmanship. We manage the risk associated with proper insurance and safety requirements so you don’t have to.

We will respond to any emergency that may occur. Let’s face it; issues don’t always occur Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. Our clients can rest assured we will be there to help when problems arise, no matter the time of day.
Special Projects and Facilities Maintenance
We have a team of dedicated, multi-skilled craftsmen located throughout Arkansas and Oklahoma We take our skills and safety minded culture on the road! Our specialty services range from minor building improvements to complete interior and exterior renovations. Our experience includes: tenant finish-outs, additions and renovations, doors and door hardware installation, signage installation, code compliance improvements, and fire, floor and tornado damage repairs. Our team is capable of HVAC system evaluations, installations, repairs and service. We also have master electricians and journeymen available for electrical system evaluations, repairs and service. Other services include parking lot rehabilitation, maintenance, seal coat and striping.
